💥Please look at our cancellation policy💥, we dont like having to make posts like this. 🪧We require 48 hours notice for cancelling appointments, this give us time to fill the space. 🪧If you miss an appointment we are left with spaces we cant fill, which means lost income. 🪧If you are late, you may not get the (full) service you require, as that will make us run over for those who are on time, this will be treated as a missed appointment. 🪧Repeat offenders will be asked to pay 50% of the missed service cost before any more appointments will be made. We do not want to be forced to take deposits for every service, but we need to protect ourselves and missed apointments leave us with empty spaces and lost income. Please respect our time, as we do yours. Thank you. Bijoux xx
