Just LOOK at them 😭 - a little behind the beads!

I don’t think I’ll ever get bored of watching the light hit these little beads, even on the Christmas tree it's so beautiful!

But honestly, the prettiness is only half of why I love making them.

These were created with premature babies in mind 💜 (just like my special buns) For the tiny babies who arrive before they’re ready, and the families who suddenly find themselves living a life they never expected.

Something small and cheerful to hang in the window… for a little person who has already been through SO much. 🥹

And that’s what makes these feel so much more than just beads to me. 💜

Love, love, love, love!

There is something about seeing these hanging up and catching the light that gets me EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.

And maybe that’s why I love making them so much.

They were made for the tiniest of babies 💜 The ones who arrive early, spend time in hospital and start their lives fighting battles most of us could never imagine.

So if a little sun catcher can bring a bit of colour to one of those nurseries, make a mum smile for five minutes, or become something lovely to look at during a really bloody difficult time (it was for me!)…

Then I’ll happily keep making them 🥹💜

I swear getting a delivery of beads is as exciting as Christmas morning... 😂

These arrived and I wanted to start making with them IMMEDIATELY.

I've had this design in my head for ages, so finally having everything I need feels so exciting!

In many cultures, the evil eye (or nazar) is a symbol of protection and positivity, and I loved the idea of creating my own beaded version.

What do we think... should this become a permanent part of The Bead Idea collection? 💙
