Can’t believe there is a song called Rainbow Swirly - the perfect accompaniment to this new bracelet - the first one sold in a couple of days so I made a new, even prettier one! Enjoy your Saturday - I’m planting clematises in tubs on my balcony - I’ve lived here for 12 years and it is the one area of the house I’ve done nothing with so finally time to do something about it!

It all sounds so simple when you say it like that 🤨 These beautiful glass pebbles are handmade by and they are gorgeous from every angle.

Ok shamelessly using the heatwave for marketing purposes but I do prefer my hair up when it’s this hot! 🥵

This is about day 11 of adding something new to my shop every day and I’m now up to 52 items of sea glass and button loveliness! Link to my Etsy shop is in my bio. Hope those in the UK are coping with the heat - we are never happy! I love 19 degrees so might be happier by the weekend!

I’m finding all this wonderful sunshine too glarey to take photos in so you’ll find me sitting in the shade of the bamboo to create these interesting shadows.

Me too! But if you want to carry a bit of the beach with you at all times then wear a piece of sea glass - or 6 pieces in the case of this hair clip!

Just a quick post as I’m off to walk 26 miles today from Wiltshire back to Bath to raise money for our local hospital. May be a little warm. Wish me luck!

So this is how it all began. A jewellery course in 2012 for my 40th birthday and a love of bright colours. My friend and I weren’t keen on what we made on the course and set about making things that we loved (usually in very bright colours) and this bracelet was created. We then started stocking a couple of local shops and Swirly Buttons was born. I love pink and green and although I tend to use more subtle colours these days (they sell better!) I thought it would be fun to make another 80s inspired version.

My bestselling version is a blue and white version of this bracelet but I had a few green pieces of sea glass so thought...

My bestselling version is a blue and white version of this bracelet but I had a few green pieces of sea glass so thought I’d try something new. What do you think?
