A wonderful original 1920’s souvenir from the time of Tutankhamun tombs discovery in 1922. Egypt mania was felt around the world and the style heavily influenced Art Deco style. This little pendant charm is a well made base metal sarcophagus that opens up to reveal a wrapped mummy which can be removed with a bit of encouragement. Left to right, the first two rings date to the 1920’s and 30’’s are are in the style. Made from 9ct gold, silver and paste white stones £150
Third along is a cluster ring of the same age, possibly earlier. Made from silver, gold and marcasite stones £100
Forth ring dates from the 1900’s it’s a silver ring with a pie crust setting edge enclosing a blue butterfly wing £90

This weeks remount was collected by a very happy Birthday girl! We used clients old gold and diamond to make a cross over ring. We swapped out her old blue sapphire for one of our antique green sapphires from our vaults which was more fitting for her colour palette. And interesting twist to a design classic

May is the month for Emeralds. We have three very different clusters to show you here. The top emerald is a modern reproduction of a 1930’s ring in 18ct white gold £3300. A very stylish 18ct yellow and white gold Edwardian Emerald and diamond ring in the middle at £3900 and at the bottom is a 1970’s square Emerald and diamond cluster in 18ct yellow gold. call us on 01424 774404

We love getting the chance to make beautiful traditional jewellery. We’re very good at it and enjoy the fine work. We understand how things were done and if we aren’t sure we will amerce ourselves in finding out how.
This earring is part of a French parure. Unfortunately it’s pair was lost, so we had the task of making a facsimile.

We were commissioned to make this gorgeous engagement ring using clients stones. That stunner of a stone in the centre is an Apatite. That colour is captivating 😍
