Another wonderful C&B stack to leave the studio for our client Susie. A Brazilian emerald and princess cut diamond engagement ring is haloed with two “legacy” style bands. Our classic blasted matt finish gives the gold a softness which works so well against bright and vibrant stones, for that ancient/ modern look.

We also made a custom men’s carved ring with a subtle cross hatch engraving on the edge for a matching “his and hers” set!

Recently we were asked to create this ring for a special birthday gift, inspired by a ring from The Girona Spanish Armada Shipwreck (last image) in the Ulster Museum, it bears a poignant message of love. A heart, clasped by a hand, resembling an Irish Claddagh ring, with the Spanish phrase: No tengo más que darte (I have nothing more to give thee). We made our own slightly different version on our style, keeping the ancient feel.

A serendipitous commission as we are currently involved with the & project and had only a couple a of weeks before been given an insight into this exact ring during our private tour of the museums galleries.
