Since establishing in 2011 , Little Joy Jewellery, has challenged industry standards with a commitment to crafting exceptionally detailed and delicate jewelry with heirloom quality strength. Designer, maker, founder Lauren Griffiths , created a line of fine jewellery that is meant to tell stories with creativity and craftsmanship. As a meticulously trained bench jeweller and master goldsmith herself, Lauren is intimately involved with all aspects of production, sourcing, and quality assurance. Lauren’s designs take inspiration from the balance of the natural world, & minimalism to creative fine Jewellery with vitality of connection , and strength to provide heirloom quality pieces . While she enjoys experimenting with trends, her designs aren’t defined by them. What results is a timeless collection that spans generations.

Lauren is synonymous with thin ring bands and delicate diamond settings. The fine band aesthetic has become much more than a signature look. Little Joy’s thin bands withstand the test of time because they are their structural domain. Since she considers delicate engagement rings now her signature, Lauren has spent her history in practice , perfecting the process by which she creates them and cultivating a small
team of expert goldsmiths to support her growing productivity to make her engagement collection a reality.
This includes her first lecturer from university, Jo Pond who has been with Lauren since her very first finished piece of jewellery she designed and made , at the prestigious school of jewellery , Birmingham jewellery Quarter , UK.
