The poor primroses didn’t survive the heat, and the pots needed a refresh. (Fear not I’ve taken the primroses home to nurse back to health)

It’s so important that the outside reflects the space inside the shop. A good sweep and spruce later and the shop is welcoming once again.

Reopening with a special • E V E N T

I hope you have all been keeping well and I’m so looking forward to greeting you back in the shop.

I will be opening on Tuesday 12th May with a new team and fresh energy.

On Saturday 16th May I will be holding a special event with getting you summer and party ready with hats, dresses and a personal stylist not to mention the jewels to complement.

As a token from moi I’ll be offering gift with purchase over £50 and £150.

A little • U P D A T E

As some of you may know, my husband and I experienced some personal difficulties last year. Having kept the shop open throughout this period, I feel it’s the right time for me to take a short break to recharge and bring fresh energy back to Marie‑Blanche.

In this respect, we’ll be closing our doors from April 26th until May 11th and will be closed on Sundays and Mondays for the next couple of weeks.

I haven’t taken this decision lightly and am mindful that this may inconvenience some of you who were wishing to shop with us during that period - I apologise for that.

As we head towards the summer, we’ve got some exciting plans for events and installations that we’ll be sharing soon, and I’ll be really looking forward to welcoming you back.

The London Wedding • S H O W

We will be exhibiting at the London Wedding Show next weekend 28th and 29th March at the Business Design Centre in Islington.

This is an amazing opportunity for all future brides to see our jewellery in person and see our new collection of Bridal Jewellery and gifting. If you know anyone who is getting married soon and fancy a day out this could be the perfect event.

To sit alongside other amazing shops in the UK in this category is a real honour.

A lot of thought and care went in to the store design, our customers appreciate it and to be recognised in the industry is the cherry on the cake.

Happy International Women’s • D A Y

Today is a day to celebrate all of the wonderful women who have made us who we are today. The women who have inspired us and the ones we have the privilege to surround ourselves with.

Marie-Blanche was my Great Grandmother, and although I didn’t know her, she has inspired me in so many ways. I have heard all about her through my Maman, the way she cared for her, and the love and strength she gave to my Maman, she has made such an impression on the generations after her.

I am so lucky to have her belongings, meticulously wrapped in tissue - preserved for 100 years. Beautiful lace collars, gloves and hand embroidered nightgowns and undergarments. The care she had for her things and everything she did has inspired me and my shop today.

Sending all the wonderful ladies around us huge amounts of love and strength today 🌸
