A little reminder regarding appointment bookings 💕
I genuinely hate having to put posts like this out and I dislike having to chase clients for no-show fees, but unfortunately it has become necessary.
When an appointment is booked, that time is reserved exclusively for you. If you fail to attend your appointment without any notice or communication, I am left with an empty slot that I have no opportunity to fill, resulting in lost income for my business.
For this reason, any appointment that is missed without any prior cancellation, warning, or communication will be charged at 100% of the appointment cost.
I completely understand that emergencies can happen, and I will always do my best to be understanding where possible. However, simply not turning up without any contact is unfair on both myself and other clients who may have wanted that appointment time.
