Katie has worked in the jewellery industry for 18 years and spent 25 years within the customer service arena so understands the importance of delivering the highest level of quality and customer care. Katie began working internationally and then in London and qualified as a gemologist in 2011. The team include highly skilled craftspeople located in London and Brighton and are ready to make your next beautiful piece to suit your requirements.
