You can now find Jeremy Hoye in the heart of the famous North Laine - just a stone's throw away from Brighton Station. Jeremy has revived a historical building to house his new shop. What was once a grand Victorian Pub, is now the home of his fantastic jewellery creations. In recent years, Jeremy has turned his focus towards making bespoke items of jewellery, although he continues to release new c

ollections which are available to everyone. Jeremy Hoye refuses to follow trends, saying he designs jewellery for the non-conformists – those who know what they like. His signature style simply cannot be found elsewhere. A collaboration with BMG Records saw his jewellery worn by chart topping stars such as Avril Lavigne, Sister Bliss, Faithless and Dido. Latest celebrity clients include Holly Willoughby, Fearne Cotton, Robert Downey Jr. Our new, beautiful shop is open from Monday to Friday 10am - 6pm. When this customer came to me with all her Mum’s jewellery, all the rings had different coloured stones and odd shapes.

After she showed them to me she said she “wanted to use all of them!” and thought “god, how are we going to do this?”

Initially it was quite a challenge figuring out how I’d use all these stones, but then I decided to throw the rule book out of the window and that we should just put them all into one ring.

Once I decided that there wasn’t going to be rhyme or reason for how i’d approach this, funnily enough they all started to slot together perfectly.

Needless to say I had a lot of fun working on this, it’s one of my pieces that i’m most proud of.

When I design my pieces, I often get inspired by organic textures, asymmetrical shapes, and brutalist design.

The aim is always to create a timeless piece that sparks intrigue, starts a conversation, or is simply fun to wear.

Don't waste your time with boring jewellery.

When I got this gorgeous London Topaz, I knew instantly I wanted to turn it into a pendant.

The large link Carved Bracelet in Gold.

I first design the Carved collection 30 years ago and it’s still one of my most popular collections.

The hardest part about this piece was polishing, it took me a total of 2 days to make sure each link was polished and I didn’t take any fingers off in the process.

When I first design this, I wanted to make something heavy that was still wearable.

I love how it turned out.

I’ve been asked to make a lot of engagement rings in my time but none quite like this…

Designed in my Luna collection, I wanted to stack the emeralds above and below the center diamond.

As i’m sure you’re used to by now, of course it wasn’t going to be symmetrical.

I designed every piece I sell, except this one…

Ever since I opened my shop in 1994, my goal has always been to only sell my own designs.

Now, 30 years and 20+ collections later, I can proudly say this has been achieved.

Except this one.

The St. Christopher that I sell is a copy of the one I inherited from my Dad when he passed away.

I've worn it every day since opening my shop and it just makes sense to sell it.

Not only do I wear mine daily, but my son Elliott does too.

Although the front is the recognised St Christopher, the back has a race car driver on it, which always stood out to me

It's a small part of my Dad in the business that I know he would be proud to see.

Gold Moon Signet Ring.

I grew up seeing signet rings everywhere in the 70's, and over time, I noticed that not much about them changed.

That's why I wanted to design my signet rings.

Taking something traditional and giving it a completely modern twist.

Each signet is inspired by one of my collections.
