Seeing these finished fluorescent and pastel pieces of jewellery dancing in front of my pink living room wall and Birthday lilies on a sunny Monday morning gave me a little surge of JOY.

I’ve been feeling that ‘wadding through toffee’, getting nothing ticked off the To Do List sensation recently and am grateful to have reached this satisfying stage of the process.

I hope their cheerful colour gives you a boost too!

The earrings worked their magic 💕🌻

CRINGEY FACE IN FRONT OF THE CAMERA FEARS hitting hard . . . BUT . . .

I had a very helpful chat with the lovely yesterday. Amongst other things we discussed how it could be really powerful to try and share some of the positive stories and experiences I have heard over the years about the way wearing my earrings make people FEEL.

Judy and I discussed the idea that a pair of earrings can be so much more than a product. They can feel like a part of US. A piece of armour that we put on to create a sense of being ready for the day or a reflection of our personal taste and style that lifts our mood and makes us feel more ourselves.

So I thought I’d share my story first. A lovely and perfectly timed example of earrings and COLOUR providing an opportunity for connection and some warmth in the world.

Feeling nostalgic on the national Express

THROWBACK to 2018, my EARLY earring days.

The embellished sweatshirts were looking spectacular if I do say so myself but my fingers were absolutely knackered from all the rosette stitching. . . again, they DID LOOK GOOD though.

Where does the time go? Should I make more sweatshirts? Is it time to bring the CNC cut wooden display ears back out?

p.s My fancy stripey rosette cards were screen printed by squeegee wielding wizard Duncan of SHINOBI SCREEN PRINT in Bedminster.
