Delivery costs up to £2.50 per order, using Royal Mail Signed for Delivery (unless otherwise stated in the description) You will receive a confirmation message when your order has been finished and dispatched. International Delivery
Delivery costs £12 per order. Delivery times are estimated at 5-9 working days from date of dispatch. Please note that we will need to make the jewellery once your order has been placed. How your order will arrive
Your order will be dispatched in an a white letterbox size postal box, or a larger box when necessary. Jewellery is packaged in an organza drawstring bag, or acid free envelope which is packaged in protective bubble wrapping. Returns and Exchanges
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase and would like to return the item for a refund, please return the item to us in it's original condition within 14 days of receipt. Please note that earrings are excluded from the refund policy due to hygiene reasons. We are unable to refund or exchange any earrings purchased at Angels Magical Crafts. Also exempt from any refund or exchange are, bespoke made to order items or jewellery altered to a customer request. Angels Magical Crafts will always return the original outbound postage costs according to the ** Consumer Contracts Regulations. To return an item to us, please follow the below steps:
1. Contact via email or message to discuss the issue.
2. Proceed to complete your cancellation form provided with your purchase, this must be included with your purchase. Returns must be made within 14 working days of being issued a Return Number. Securely package your item/s in it's original packaging. On the outside of the packaging, please make sure to clearly write your Return Number. Include your cancellation form with your purchase. Angels Magical Crafts does not accept any responsibility for return postage costs, unless the item is faulty nor for any items lost, stolen or damaged in transit. These responsiblities are those of the customer. Therefore we strongly recommend using a secure and tracked service to return the goods to Angels Magical Crafts. Please take care if a customs declaration form is required, to correctly mark the goods as a 'Returned Item'. This will ensure that no additional customs fees are incurred. In the instance that a item is incorrectly marked and a customs fee is incurred, this may be passed onto the customer. This may also delay the returns process. If you are at all uncertain about how to correctly fill in the customs form, then please speak with the relevant customs or post department before returning the item. Please Note any return received without following these steps correctly may result in a delay in your refund being processed, and in some circumstances may be returned to the sender. Returns received outside of the above stated timelines are accepted at the discretion of Angels Magical Crafts. Refunds
Refunds will be issued within 15 days of Angels Magical Crafts receiving your return. All refunds of undamaged and unworn products that have been correctly returned, will be credited to the customer via the original method of purchase. Returning Faulty Goods
In the rare event that goods are delivered faulty or damaged please contact us via email so we can arrange a replacement or a refund. If the package you receive is damaged or open please do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately to arrange a replacement. We will bear the costs of postage to return the goods and issue a re-delivery. Faulty items will only be accepted for return if the goods have been delivered to the customer damaged, or if a manufacturing fault occurs within the 3 months after delivery. All items that are returned as faulty will be assessed by Angels Magical Crafts and any item displaying damage that is deemed to be a direct result of fair wear or accidental damage will not be accepted as faulty. If your order has been dispatched, then we are unable to redirect it, so request that you follow the above return instructions upon receipt. Providing that a Return Number has been requested within 14 days of receipt, then your original postage costs will be refunded along with the full cost of the item. Caring for your purchase
How to care for your purchase Just like you, our beautiful jewellery does need to be looked after. We have compiled a list of hints and tips for you on how to care for your Angels Magical Crafts jewellery, so it will look as lovely as the day you received it.
*Skin and hair products can react with jewellery causing it to tarnish, discolour and possibly corrode. We strongly advise applying any cosmetics and scents before you put on your jewellery.
*Remove any jewellery before engaging in any form of physical exercise. Be it at the gym, gardening or cleaning, as this will ensure our delicate jewellery is not accidentally damaged. Perspiration can also contribute to the tarnishing of your jewellery. Chemicals found in swimming pools and natural springs will cause extreme tarnishing.
*Water will also contribute to tarnishing of your jewellery. Therefore always remove your jewellery before entering a pool, shower, spring or the sea. We recommend storing your jewellery in a zip lock bag as exposure to the air and environment can cause your jewellery to tarnish over time. Zip lock bags are a cheap way to keep your jewellery looking newer for longer. Acid free tissue is also an excellent way to store your jewellery.
*Store your jewellery separately, so that they don’t tangle or rub and scratch against each other. We do not recommend sleeping in your jewellery.
*Do not store jewellery next to heating vents, windowsills or in the bathroom. Damp and hot condition will cause the jewellery to tarnish badly.
*Handle your item carefully, polish with a soft cloth ideally after each use this removes salts and acids that are found in your skin. For a nominal charge most jewellers will supply you with a polishing cloth containing carbon or silver salts, that also help prevent any tarnishing.
