This wedding ring commission definitely had me questioning if I could achieve a result I would be happy with. The brief was to include salmon, water crowfoot flowers and a flowing water effect in a 5.5mm wide band. The sketches at that scale were difficult enough so it made sense to show parts of the salmon allowing us to get some lovely details in. Luckily everything went to plan and the customer loves his wedding ring.
