Bright, chilly mornings alive with birdsong and mischievous breezes which playfully encourage the leaves to scurry across the garden, dancing in and out of patches of sunlight.

Creatures with bright and inquisitive eyes hurry and scurry making their nest before it’s time for Winter rest.

Autumn is a time to slow down, take stock and enjoy being where we are. Leaving everything which doesn’t serve us in the last of the Summer light and moving forward with gentle purpose.

As the saying goes, ‘pay attention, the trees are about to show us how beautiful it can be to let things go’ .
