☀️ After a wonderful few days away enjoying the last of the summer sunshine, followed by an unexpected week of being under the weather, it feels so good to be back where I love being most... in the workshop.

The pause wasn’t quite planned, but sometimes life reminds us to slow down, rest, and recharge.

Now I’m back at the bench, sketchbook open, tools in hand, and full of ideas for the months ahead.
With Christmas just around the corner and some exciting events on the horizon, the studio will be busy creating thoughtful handmade jewellery, perfect for gifting or treating yourself.

This delicate silver pendant features a stunning pear shaped moonstone cabochon, created especially for a lovely young lady on her 21st birthday.

Sometimes the most special commissions are the ones that tell a story. 💕

A customer I met at a makers’ event approached me with an idea she had been thinking about for years: an articulated fish earring inspired by a fish skeleton piece gifted to her by her late husband.

She wanted the fish handcrafted in silver, with three ribs representing her three children. As her husband had been a fisherman, the design carried layers of meaning and memories.

Projects like this are a reminder that jewellery can be so much more than something beautiful to wear. It can celebrate people, memories, and the stories that connect us.

This piece was a joy to create, and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. The gentle movement of the articulated fish brings a real sense of life to the design.

✨ A lovely recent piece to make

This chunky silver pendant was created as a 50th birthday gift from five friends to one very special friend. The five suspended rings each represent both a decade of her life and one of the friends who gifted it, making this piece a beautiful celebration of friendship and fifty fabulous years 💕💕💕

🌼 A recent commission that was a joy to work on! 🌼

My customer got in touch after losing a daisy pendant she had loved for years and asked if I could make a replacement based on a photo of the original. After lots of messages, photos and sketches, we settled on a design made from sterling silver and brass, with a slightly domed and textured centre.

It was a really fun project to bring to life, and I’m so pleased with how it turned out. The best part, though, is knowing how much she loves her new pendant. 💛

There’s something special about creating a piece that brings back happy memories while giving it a new story of its own.

✨A lovely recent commission for a milestone birthday ✨

This handcrafted spinner ring was created as a special gift to celebrate a significant birthday. Featuring three spinning bands, including a beautiful beaded ring in 9-carat gold, it combines texture, movement and a touch of luxury.

Spinner rings are not only beautiful to wear but also wonderfully tactile, making them a meaningful and personal piece of jewellery.

I feel so honoured to create pieces that help mark life’s special milestones, and this ring was a joy to make.

It’s all about rings at the moment, and I’m loving every second.

This commission began as a stacking set with pearls, and my customer wanted to refresh it with new gemstones. The transformation is gorgeous — a milky aquamarine paired with a rose quartz, creating the softest, dreamiest combination.

A gentle blue, a blush pink… such a beautiful new chapter for a well‑loved set.

Another beautiful stacking ring commission finished, and this trio has completely stolen my heart. Moonstone, London Blue Topaz and Sky Blue Topaz — a cool, luminous combination that feels like sunlight on water.

I’m always drawn to blue gemstones, so creating this set was an absolute joy. Each stone brings its own character, and together they make such a serene, elegant stack.

A recent commission for a bespoke set of stacking rings featuring birthstones for my customer and her two children. Amethyst, peridot and moonstone made a stunning trio, and the matching sizes of the children’s stones added a thoughtful touch (and showed no favouritism!!!) A beautiful and personal piece to create.

A truly special recent commission 💕

My customer came to me with such a clear and meaningful idea — a silver heart pendant to represent her three grandchildren, each marked with their birthstone.

We began with a series of initial drawings, exploring how best to bring her vision to life. From those first sketches through to the finished piece, it was such a joy to see it take shape.

Set with London blue topaz, emerald and aquamarine, the colours work so beautifully together — rich, vibrant, and full of quiet symbolism ✨

I really loved the process of bringing this piece to life. Jewellery like this carries so much meaning — designed to be worn, loved, and treasured for years to come 💫
