Payment
I accept payment through Paypal, cheque and bank transfer (in some circumstances)
Please note that you do not need to sign up to Paypal or have a Paypal account to complete your order, there is an option on the Paypal site to pay with credit or debit card without having to sign up for an account. Cheques take 5 days to clear, therefore please bear this in mind when ordering that your items will not be posted until monies are clear. All items will be posted via Royal Mail and will be sent by 1st class delivery. I do not sent items tracked as standard, however this can be arranged at the your request at an extra charge. Delivery Estimates are given by Royal Mail, so please be aware that these are subject to change
UK Delivery = 1-2 Working Days (Can take up to 5 working days)
EU Delivery = 3-5 Working Days (Can take up to 10 working days)
Rest of the World = 10-14 Working Days (Can take up to 28 working days)
*Please note, once items are in the hands of Royal Mail, I have no control over the handling of your order. It is rare for packages to not reach their destination or become lost, but unfortunately this can happen with excessive handling - for example custom checks when sending overseas or during busy mailing periods. For this reason I HIGHLY recommend sending your item with a tracked service if you are purchasing internationally. This allows me (and you) to keep a close track of your order, and can sometimes speed up the delivery process.

After your order is confirmed and payment received I aim to create your piece within 3-5 working days for jewellery. Crochet orders may take a little longer due to the nature of the order.

However if items have been lost/misplaced by Royal Mail delivery service, please contact us to discuss refund/resend and the time scales to do so. Items will be classified as lost after - UK=10 working days EU=18 working days RotW=28 working days

Refunds and Exchanges
For personalised items, should a mistake occurring in production (something that differs from the specifications given at the time of purchase by the customer), I will happily replace the item and ship to you free of charge or refund the price of the item in full with delivery costs. If no mistake on my part has been made, I cannot give any refunds or replacement on personalised items as they are made specifically for the customer and their own pre-agreed specifications. For non-customised items, I hope that you are 100% happy with your jewellery or crochet items, but if for any reason you are not please contact me to rectify the situation. If you wish for a refund items must be posted in their original condition (i.e. nothing broken or missing) within 30 days of receiving the item, and then will be given a full refund, less shipping. They may also tarnish or damage depending on the PH of the body & the circumstances of wear; in the shower, pool, prolonged sun exposure, during sleep etc. Please read the care instructions included with your order.
