Sea Glass Jewellery
Our love of the Northumberland coastline and countryside inevitably meant that at some stage in our lives we would be involved using the natural resources to be found in this wild and beautiful part of the world. Having been fascinated by the beautiful Sea Glass to be found on our coastline from Seaham in the South to Berwick upon Tweed in the North, each piece of coastline pr
oduces its own unique form of Sea Glass which lends itself to making unique pieces of jewellery. Our days are spent scouring the beaches up and down the coastline looking for these treasures and imagining how to turn each of them into something that can be used to form items which flatter these already stunning gems. Each piece is washed, sorted then we decide what type of jewellery would best suit each item of glass, sometimes they are drilled and attached to sterling silver jump rings and either a necklace, bracelet or choker is produced. We are learning all the time about new techniques and the best tools to use for each and we hope you like our work, your feedback is always welcome.
