So, after four weeks, we have our phones back. No thanks to BT LOCAL!
BT LOCAL have no idea about anything but sales! If you are unfortunate enough to have a problem with your BT phone account go directly to BT
After one call to BT VOICE and a transfer to BT ONE the problem was solved within 3 hours, with no new contract, as BT LOCAL stated that we needed a new contract in order to solve the problem, this turned out to be absolute rubbish, and again just a sales ploy to tie us into another five year contract! So please heed our advice and avoid BT LOCAL at all costs!…

Would any of our wonderful customers have a 1997 Yamaha virago 750 crankcase cover, or know where I can find one?
Royal Mail have lost one, that was posted back to one of our customers. Without it the bike is useless
