How to Order Your Horsehair Jewellery
🐴 Turn your horse's hair into a beautiful keepsake you'll treasure forever.
Step 1 – Choose Your Jewellery
Browse our collection and select the piece you'd like made, including:

If you're unsure what would suit your horse's hair best, we're happy to help and offer recommendations.
Step 2 – Place Your Order
Send us a message with:
• The item(s) you would like
• Metal preference (Sterling silver, Stainless steel, Surgical steel, Tugsten carbide, or Titanium etc.)
• Whether you'd like crushed opal, ashes, resin colours, engraving or other additions
We'll confirm your order and provide payment details.
Step 3 – Prepare Your Horsehair
We usually require:
🐴 Tail Hair: Approximately a pencil-thickness bundle (around 20–30 strands for most jewellery pieces)
🐴 Mane Hair: A larger amount may be needed depending on the design.
Please ensure the hair is:
✔ Clean and dry - plz don't plait the hair as this can make it hard to work with.
✔ Secured with an elastic band
✔ Placed in a sealed bag or envelope
Don't worry if you're unsure how much to send—we can advise before posting.
Step 4 – Post Your Hair
Package your horsehair securely and include:
• Your name
• Contact details
• Order number (if applicable)
Send it to the address provided when your order is confirmed.
We recommend using a tracked postal service for peace of mind.
Step 5 – Creation Begins
Once your horsehair arrives and we have your jewellery piece:
✓ We will confirm safe receipt
✓ Your jewellery will be carefully made.
✓ Progress updates may be provided throughout the process.
Each piece is treated with the upmost care and attention to detail.
Step 6 – Quality Check & Dispatch
Before posting, every item is:
✨ Inspected for quality
✨ Cleaned and polished
✨ Securely packaged in a gift box
You'll receive photos of your finished piece to check that you are happy before sending. confirmation will be sent when your order has been dispatched.
