Sea Pottery: just like sea glass it is china & pottery that has been tumbled in the waves and shaped by the elements for many years before being washed up on our shores. This beautiful piece was a recent commission. A customers treasured piece that she had been carrying around in her purse for years and she just happened to come across me at a recent market and was able to entrust it to me there and then. It’s like it was meant to be! 🥰

This stunning piece of rare turquoise sea glass was too beautiful not to make into a wearable piece of jewellery. It wasn’t jewellery standard for bezel setting and I didn’t want to cut or shape it as it has so much rustic character so I made a simple sterling silver bail and voila! It was found near Polzeath, Cornwall. Available now on my website link in bio & story. 🩵
