Hello from Dumfries, hope everyone is enjoying the weather and not finding it too hot today! Today I'm sharing my sterling silver circle pendant with peridot gemstone centre. These pendants are £27 including an 18" sterling silver chain and gift box, link to my shop on my page where you will find other designs made using August's pretty birthstone. Made from sterling silver but unhallmarked as under 7.78g.

Studio day here in Dumfries, lots of little components soldered up ready to become bracelets, necklaces and earrings, and a bit of progress made on another batch of recycled sterling silver charms... these will eventually be added to bracelets or pendants once I get them finished x

Back from a fabulous family holiday in London, unfortunately we didn't bring the beautiful weather back with us! It's a tad grey and dreich here in Dumfries today, but at least it's an excuse to be inside catching up on some boring admin which desperately needs done. The Summer holidays are racing in here, there's only a couple of weeks left for us, what have you all been up to?

I haven't any made these long multi stone pendants in so long... but I will definitely be making more soon! I had forgotten how much I love making this style and combining five beautiful stones in this long elegant design. This pink and grey version is now available in my Etsy shop, along with a monochrome version in shades of grey and black.

Glowing in the sunshine... I just love amber! It's a typical self-employed school holidays this Summer- I feel like I am running twice as hard but covering half the distance! I'm still finding a bit of time to add new designs to my inventory though like this dainty little twist pendant in amber. I love these twist pendants, they're a great way to carry a little piece of your favourite gemstone or crystal with you wherever you go, you can even wear a few clustered together on the same chain to create your own unique combination if you like.

Phew! I'm not complaining about this beautiful weather... however trying to solder silver in a wooden studio which has transformed itself into something akin to a sauna certainly has me questioning my career choice today! Nothing is working as it does normally, my solder paste is less pastey, my gas flame is too flamey and my fingers are too sticky! It only feels like a few weeks since I was complaining it was so cold I couldn't feel my fingers!

Introducing a brand new stone to my range (YES- apparently there are still beads out there I don't own 😂) This is beautiful bowenite, such a pretty shade of pastel green... I'm already planning what else I can make with it!
