Dundee City Aquatics

Dundee City Aquatics DCA was formed by the merger of two of Dundee's existing swimming clubs, City of Dundee and Dundee Arnhall on 1st January 2007.

We have had many successes at all levels and age groups throughout the club including the winning of both the Premier and 1st Divisions. Many individuals have also had success at local and national level

Any potential new swimmers can come along to one of our Come and Try Sessions on various Sundays throughout the year. Our catchment area generally covers in and around Dundee and draws many swimm

ers from the Angus and North Fife areas who benefit from the facilities and coaching we provide. We train at a number of locations throught the city. At the end of 2008 we added a 'diving' section which is now up and running and our divers are competing at Scottish National level. This section of the club will develop further during 2009. The website will contain all the latest information relating to club events and activities

As well as a hat relay for Juliette and Team relay for Cillian, Lily, Rosie and Ruairi.

Well done to Ruairi who was first boy in 500m event and Rosie as 1st 11/12 girl in the 1k.

That’s me in Barcelona for my biggest competition yet, with swimmers from all over the world attending. Other swimmers from Stirling and Edinburgh are here too along with the Scottish national team. Got the 100 tomorrow morning with the 200 and 50 on Sunday. ‎

Thank you to Menzieshill Whitehall Swimming and Waterpolo Club Blairgowrie Dolphins Swimming Club Monifieth Swim Club Carnoustie Claymores Swimming Club Montrose Seals Burntisland Swimming Club and Forfar ASC for attending the DCA Stars Meet today.

It was a really good day full of great swims and PBs.

Amazing team spirit and a lovely friendly atmosphere amongst the whole swim community!

Thanks to all those who have helped officiate over the whole weekend to ensure the meets were Level 2 accredited👏

Ringing the bell for another successful grant application 🔔 Club parent and helper Kristine Kearney helped to put together an application to the Allianz All Together Sports Fund for £2000 towards the 2026 warm weather camp. Special thank you also to Jodie Taylor of QAPM who helped to connect us with an insurance broker Nick Barr of GS Group to support our application. Thank you all🥳

The winners of the 2025/26 Active Dundee Sports Awards were announced at a glittering ceremony held at the city’s Apex Hotel on Saturday evening, hosted by Leisure & Culture Dundee.

The event brought together athletes, clubs, schools, coaches and volunteers from across Dundee to celebrate a year of sporting achievement at every level.
