Now that Santa has delivered, I can share this anchor commission from this year. Made by recycling and melting the customer's own jewellery. It's a big yin! Made to be similar to a silver one he already had. A request was made for a wee one, too, for my customer, if there was enough gold left over.....which there was...just! Then I made her a silver pendant using 'new recycled' silver (from ) to hold the leftover stones and a decorative 'A' from the melted rings and bracelet. I'm happy to say my customer was delighted when she received them! And her husband is happily wearing his anchor! It was an honour to be trusted, once again, with your pieces...
A lot of work....working and re-melting the gold...and many hours of milling and shaping...then finishing and polishing. I loved (almost) every minute of it! 😁😆🥰👩🏼🏭
