Time? All day baby!! Ten til five ✨🎀

Why should you come? Because the music will be thumping (at a respectable level of course) there will be goodie bags for purchases over £20 pounds and yall know my goodie bags are GOOD! Discounts all day, and the best whimsical vibes naturally!

So come in your glad rags, we will have a Polaroid camera station so take your best selfie and add it to our positivity wall!
I’ll be over dressed as usual but if you can match my over dressed then you will be rewarded! 👀👀 I look forward to seeing if anyone takes me up on my challenge!

So,

This is my way of kicking the worry, doubts, bad mental health out of the picture *I know it actually isn’t that easy!
But you get my gist!
Tomorrow is never promised my friends and as I get older I’m definitely shedding the awkward shy part of myself, I’m standing up for myself and I’m doing things again that younger me thought I had to outgrow!

Life is for the now, so feel the feelings, feel the doubt but slap it outta yourself because a life spent playing it safe isn’t a life you should want to live!

Even if things go t**s up - you did it! You learn, you made memories and that’s what’s important. This applies to anything in life, believe in yourself - I do!

Even when that person is yourself.

I’ve come a long way of imposter syndrome but out of no where these past couple of days I have been plagued with self doubt. No real reason behind it either.
I’ve sat in tears feeling like a failure in every aspect of my life, I’m not present enough for the kids, I’m not good enough with money, IM not good enough, what if the shop fails?!

It’s been relentless.

I’ve always been transparent with my mental health and life - because it isn’t all just a highlights reel like instagram makes us believe!
But I’m thankful for all the lovely people that have come into the shop today - it’s been a really lovely day. Just need to remind myself to be more gentle and take a step back and re-evaluate things!

Sending love and light to everyone but especially anyone that is feeling a bit heavy! Things will feel lighter 🫶🏻
