The Pantone colour for 2024 is Peach Fuzz. This weekend over in The Very Nice Group there's a challenge to make pieces interpreting the colour. These are a sneak peak of my work and I can't wait to see what the other makers have done. Starts at 8.30pm tonight until Sunday night x

This weekend, the FB group The Very Nice Group is holding a fundraising event for Shelter and other local charities that help the homeless. I'll be taking part, along with many other designer-makers who will be donating their work to raise funds. If you have time and looking for gifts, why not pop along and buy something that will help vulnerable people living on the streets. Thank you ❤

This weekend is the last Christmas shopping event over in The Very Nice Group starting on Friday evening through to Sunday. Lots of designer makers taking part, not just jewellery available, there's Christmas decorations, textiles and fabulous handmade scarves and hats 😁

I recently joined in an event with The Very Nice Group on the theme of dragon eyes, the first event I've taken part in for a long time.

Well, this dragon is a handsome beast, with one of my favourite combinations of turquoise/teal and orange. Luckily, in my stash I found some delicious handmade lampwork glass beads (made by Vicki Honeywill years ago...) in a gorgeous dark turquoise/teal,etched to give them a glow. These earrings have the beautiful lampwork teamed with plain orange lampwork beads (from Deb Dew I think), twists of black onyx, small buttons of apatite and accents of copper and silver. The earrings are hung on sterling silver earwires.

I'll soon be adding them to my new Folksy shop, but if anyone is interested, they are £25 including UK postage x
