This simple natural cleaning method can help refresh silver, stainless steel, alloy and other metal jewellery using just a few things you probably already have at home.
What you need:
• 🥣 1 container
• ✨ Kitchen foil
• 💧 Hot water
• 🥄 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 🥄 1 teaspoon salt
• 🥄 1 teaspoon dishwashing liquid
How it works:
Line your container with kitchen foil, then add the hot water, baking soda, salt and dishwashing liquid. Place your jewellery inside and let it sit for 15 minutes 🕐
The combination helps loosen dirt, oils and tarnish from the metal, leaving your pieces looking cleaner and brighter again ✨
💎 What about pearls, stones, enamels and other details?
This method is generally gentle and suitable for many jewellery pieces with pearls, stones and other details, but delicate, porous or glued-in materials can be more sensitive. When in doubt, always check the material first and avoid soaking very delicate pieces.

Every piece needs to be touching the foil. If you have several pieces, gently mix them from time to time, or simply don’t put too many pieces in the container at once.
