It is beyond logic and common sense that you wouldn’t ban devastating destructive activities ‘by others’ in areas that you deemed worthy of protection by law….
It’s like protecting a woodland and then allow, watch and ignore someone that comes in and fells all the trees…..

Only one planet, only one ocean, only one way to do this: together.
