Sea glass pendant necklaces, you can see the colours today!

I love brown glass as it reminds me of the cola ice pops I used to have in the summer holidays. The green looks so lovely and bright against the silver, I was inspired to do green after the workshop at the weekend where all the ladies chose green. These will be coming to market this weekend.

So… these were going to be opposite ways but this dozy mare drilled the hole in the same place on both earrings.

I’ve made some lovely seaglass pendants today but the light just isn’t right to capture the colours. Perhaps tomorrow will be a better day 🤣🫣

A lovely day with all the green glass. 3 very different pieces. Lots of fun and 3 gorgeous finished items went home. The kite shaped lady’s 3rd workshop so she made all the stackers in the photo too!

I’ll never stop being amazed that 2 people start with the same material and intention but when they complete their piece they are so different.

Kate and Charlie’s oval hammered bangles from today.

Tomorrow it’s seaglass then the last open workshop o have booked is July 18th, earrings in a morning. If you fancy it you could make a silver ring of your choice instead of earrings at this workshop. 10-1 Frampton Village Hall.

I need to sit and plan my next set of workshops, if there’s anything you’d like to do, please let me know know.

Kelly gave me a pile of scrap jewellery, we’ve got a date booked in to reuse and recycle what we can so I’ve been removing ‘stones’ from silver in readiness. We did this a couple of years ago and fixed a couple of items whilst repurposing some more. It’d exciting to be doing it again.

If this appeals to you let’s get something booked in, perhaps you’ve lost an earring and would like to remake it so you can wear the pair again or repurpose the one you still have?

I’ve made a bangle out of broken silver rings from my teen years that I hung on to for the longest time.

Brass on silver wires, they are largish in size. I was worried they looked like potatoes but I’ve been assured they are more astral.

I’m thinking of making smaller versions too, some studs and maybe a pendant too.
