Some recent commissions and reworks I’m excited to show your faces - 9 carat half sovereign coin mount
A special ring for a special couple - 1ct natural diamond set in a 6 claw, 18 carat white gold ring
9 carat mount for an original Roman coin found by a dirt fisherman out metal detecting
3 different signet reworks and a cheeky little stacker off to assay before engraving
Some people find setting opals hard… I found myself hard whilst setting them - made from old family heirlooms, the 18 carat bezel really frames the opal nicely
One of the most meaningful engravings I’ve done - the ring itself was made from his late fathers old ring, then engraved with said fathers makers mark accompanied by a date
A cool little quarter sovereign mounted in a bubble ring - it does focus eventually
Playing around with some siggys
A fun pair of signets made from a big chunky silver ring - seal engraved with their pet dog, quite cute tbh
Sealing the wax with the before signet ring, then adding it to my wax seal album
A lovely pair for a lovely pair - made from an old 22ct ring that I alloyed to 18ct
If you’re not matching signet rings with your partner, what are you doing? Both the pair and the stacker were reworked from existing pieces, topped off with some hand engraved initials
Jawsome little 9ct sharks tooth pendant
A silver rework with a stacker, seal engraved with some kind of shell, either way it’s quite clam-urous
Genuinely a favourite engraving of mine, again on a reworked ring (sorry I’ll stop going on about the reworks, but if you haven’t got the hint yet, maybe you should get a rework done)
Finishing on a lucky hare - if you’ve made it this far pls share with someone that needs to turn their old dusty jewellery that hasn’t seen daylight in years, into something they’ll love - cheers!
