We have excellent contacts with various suppliers and if you have a specific diamond or gemstone piece that you cant see in the shop please ask us and we will do our best to source the item for you including sourcing loose diamonds. If we can't source what you are looking for

we have our sources who can individually make the piece specifically for you if you have an idea of what you want or have a sketch or drawing. We are West Wales' largest diamond merchants and have an ever changing array of diamonds to suit every taste and budget. We currently stock 3 watch brands Citizen selling their popular Eco Drive solar powered ladies & gents watches and our new edition Roamer of Switzerland which are proving very popular and come with a 7 year guarantee. Our newest addition is Accurist with their collection of 60's and 70's inspiration watches. We offer a full watch repair service including Rolex, Omega, Tag Heuer, Tissot, Cartier and many more as well as a full jewellery repair service. We can also provide written valuations for probate and insurance purposes.

We are still a family business as Paul is the 4th generation of the Howells family..the business has been around for 160 years and has been in Quay Street since the late 1950's which is quite an achievement in this day and age with lots of customers buying from large online stores but we still have a great supportive customer base 😀
