The hire car / spaceship has been returned, boxes are unpacked and the dust has begun to settle on a truly fantastic weekend at | Oxford. ✨

A huge thank you goes to Piyush, Alis, Nicole and the whole team including security and stewards who ran such a seamless event, to my inspiring fellow makers who make the craft community feel like home, and most importantly, to everyone who visited Stand A8.

Whether you stopped by to try on the new huggies, shared a moving story for a sentimental remodel, or took home a new piece of jewellery—thank you. Your support, inspiring conversations, and shared love for independent craft mean a lot to me.

Now, it’s straight back to the studio bench to focus on the three Cs: Commissions, Collaborations, and a brand-new Collection! 🔨

We have officially entered the final few hours of ⏳💎

If you’ve had your eye on the NO|W|HERE Collection, this afternoon is your last chance to see these pieces together in the flesh. The full lineup—including the 18ct gold and salt & pepper diamond drop earrings, the companion rings, and the bar necklace—will be leaving the cabinets at 5pm.

After today, these pieces won’t be on display again until my November shows, unless booked by private appointment. There is truly nothing quite like trying fine jewellery on in person to feel its weight, substance, and how it aligns with your own style.

Behind every piece of jewellery on display at Stand A8 this weekend, there is a story. This is the story of pieces that didn’t make it to the show—and the resilience they inspired. 🔨✨

Take a look at these large day & night diamond studs. A valued customer recently bought one of each of my medium and large studs, so I was back in the studio crafting their new companions.

Then, the universe decided to test my resolve.

First, the gas bottle for my torch of 4 years ran out mid-make. The next morning on my way to the gym and to teach, source more gas and set up the for the show, my trusty 20-year-old Polo broke down.

The only hire car available? A massive, gleaming spaceship!

Despite the panic, I took a deep breath, and eventually navigated my way to the grounds, managing to finish setting up my stand just minutes before the site closed for the night.

The day reminded me of how far I have come and how many obstacles I have overcome on my goldsmithing journey. More than anything, it reminds me of the immense kindness of others in a crisis. I am so incredibly grateful to the neighbours, colleagues, friends and show organisers who lent a hand and gave encouragement.

So, while these particular diamonds aren’t in the cabinets today, all the pieces that I made in good time absolutely are! Come by this afternoon, say hello, and let’s celebrate a little resilience together. 🤍
