Welcome to Smile For Hatti! Earlier this year, our close friend Hatti Sandall, was diagnosed with Spindle Cell Sarcoma. Hatti’s cancer first developed on her back but has since spread to many other places including her spine, which has left her paralysed from her waist downwards.
