We specialise in bespoke commissions with a catalogue of designs that we have designed for customers over the past 40+years that can provide inspiration for your own unique piece of jewellery. Today, with the traditional skills of our two experienced goldsmiths combined with our extensive experience in contemporary design, we can produce a customised design of your choice as you sit with us. in and talk to our resident full time goldsmiths Annie and Alison, who can help you turn your ideas into beautiful rings, earrings, pendants or individual pieces. We also offer a quality repair and cleaning service to get your existing jewellery back to tip top condition. We have an expert gemmologist and valuer who comes to the shop every 2-3 months so call in to book in your items to be valued. Nothing leaves the building and everything is fully insured and held in our safe whilst on the premises.

Another design fresh from the bench this afternoon!

Stunning fresh green and blue sapphires set in cool 18ct white gold Endure Collection ring, and a doggo that can't understand why I must stand taking videos for AGES and not throw a ball.

These sapphires are ethically sourced with full transparency from ground to jewellery, designed by us. This ring is nature, good-natured, and a has crazy dog in the background!

Fresh from the bench this afternoon!

This gorgeous sapphire and diamond ring from our Endure Collection set in 18ct yellow gold is fresh off the workshop bench this afternoon. The majestic, royal blue works perfectly with oval and round stones and icy diamond whites, it's a classic colour combo but set in a contemporary style.

My beautiful "Evelyn" David Austin rose is coming into bloom, it smells divine, which reminds me, if you're going down to RHS Flower Show this week have a wonderful time.

Asscher cut and sapphire platinum ring!

A commission for a couple of the best guys we know, it's always a pleasure to work with you.

A 1ct Asscher cut diamond with grain set sapphire rounds in a platinum statement concave design. It had to be big and bold, but check out the strong light refraction from the diamond, it's giving everything it's got, and more. 🌈

Wow! We love making dreams come true.

This commission took shape over the last few months, a pleasure to work with such a thoughtful client to create an engagement ring of dreams for their loved one. So much time and thought went into capturing the design detail of ring culminating in a gorgeous, sun-bathed Cornish proposal. It's just dreamy all round.

The marquise shaped diamond was a must, set in 18ct yellow gold surrounded by two round diamonds in our signature petal basket setting. It looks absolutely stunning on 💕

re-Work Wednesday

One of our commissions over the last few months was to create this beautiful pendant using the gold and stones from a small collection of old, unused jewellery.

The gold that was in that collection of unused jewellery is the gold that lives on in this pendant. The gold was melted and recycled into a contemporary, new design, one which now can be used for many years to come.

This is always an option when creating something new for you to wear, and you don't need a lot of gold or precious metal to achieve something new.

Resizing an emerald ring 💍

One longing, last look at our stunning emerald ring before it's goes off to its lovely forever home.

A 3.4ct, vivid Columbian emerald stone set in 18ct yellow gold, a perfect colour pairing!

The ring had to be resized in our workshop to a tiny size H.5; emeralds can be difficult to work with and require skilled goldsmiths to handle them with skill and care especially when resizing.

Your jewellery repairs are safely carried out by either Annie or Alison in our in-house jewellery workshop.

Absolutely loved Rhianna's Met Gala look, pearls have become super contemporary, there's some really unusual shapes and sizes available. With gold-plated chain and layering rows of pearls they can look modern and edgy.

We have our own in-house pearly queen, restringing superstar Julie, so if you have pearls that need restringing, or to give a new look and customise what you have already drop in for a chat.

We've had a bit of time away but we're back!

We've had a bit of time away from Instagram, running a small business there's so much to do, and we've done so much over the last few months. So it's time to take a look at what we created over the last few months...

Remodelling your stones works perfectly with our Endure Collection; during the design stage designs are tailored towards the stones shapes and sizes meaning each one is unique.

✨ A Glow Up ✨

What a team we have, after an epic week she's had a glow up. With massive thank you to our staff, husbands, it's been no mean feat to paint the shop inside and have new carpets fitted. Everything had to come out of the shop and office for the fitting, then everything back in, it's been massive, and time and time again, our staff show up and dig deep.

Thank you to our customers for bearing with us whilst we've done this, and a big thank you to Lou and Nick for helping us bring it together.

The hard work had paid off, she's looking so pretty, especially in this beautiful sunshine, we are back up and running, come and have look yourself 👀
