Nudie won Hypoallergenic Jewellery of the Year.

Mad, really.

For a brand built on the idea that jewellery should actually work for the women wearing it, be kinder to your skin, easier to fasten, harder to lose and good enough to wear every single day… this one means a lot.

Because behind the shiny trophy are constant: late nights, wrong turns, redoing things three times, and a lot of “will anyone actually care about this?”

Some weeks change everything

Two trade stand awards in a row, more corgis than I thought physically possible, first van sleepovers with Sandy and a mirror launch itself across the stand just to keep things interesting.

Somewhere between all that, my little handmade rings picked up even more interest (and a few custom orders), Sandy began interviewing assistant marketing managers, and I handed out more empty gift bags than full ones because so many of you wore your jewellery straight out the stand.

Which, as a founder, is one of the best feelings there is.

It’s been a big few weeks. Big wins, little chaos, very little sleep. And I'm starting to think maybe we're onto something

Running on fumes, wondering if I’ll ever catch up…

and then these landed in my inbox.

Sandy has made show life infinitely more chaotic, significantly less efficient and about 100x less lonely.

Would I recommend taking a corgi on the road with you?

Debatable.

Would I do it all again for her?

Safe to say that went well.

We turned up excited to be next to Fairfax and left with a trade stand award, two broken sales records and significantly less stock than we arrived with.

Not bad for a jewellery shop in a field.

Sandy made roughly 400 new friends, I saw Adam Henson so many times it started to feel personal, and somewhere between the chaos, sunshine and questionable food choices we realised this might just have been our best show yet.

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by, shopped, chatted or simply got distracted by the dog.

Royal Three Counties… you were a good one.

Right, no time to get sentimental. Cheshire next.
