Merry Christmas and Happy and safe New Year to all my lovely customers, future customers and friends who support FDJ. We've had a rotten year to be honest - hospital, a young cat of ours died suddenly you name it! Not going to dwell but just to say that here at FDJ we are very thankful for our friends who have helped us throughout the year - you know who you are so I'm not calling out, suffice to say many of you have had a Christmas treat from us. Here is a little cutie I've pinched. (not my kitten sadly)

Just a quick note to anyone contacting us via email. Had a message from a lady yesterday called Anna enquiring about a pendant on our website. I emailed her back straightaway but the message was returned because her mailbox is full.

My lovely Firedrake customers and followers,
I had an accident at home in August which left me with a large wound on my right calf. This became infected and I've had surgery recently to help heal the wound. I can't get into my jewellery studio so I'm afraid there won't be any orders fulfilled by us before Xmas unless the item is ready to go. If it is Martin and I will endeavour to get things posted out. But please bear with. Normal service will be resumed in January. Love and best wishes Chris xx

Just finished and loaded onto the website, these pretty studs with a tube set Opal cabochon. Made with Britannia Silver (finer than Sterling) and larger than usual butterflies because they're awkward and easy to lose. Hope you like them. Yours for £45, (if not local then plus post & packing).

Mmm pretty gemstones, what shall I make with these?
From left to right top: Lapis, Amethyst, Moss Agate
From left to right bottom: Dragon Blood Jasper, Purple Jasper & faceted black Ethiopian opals.
