Placing an order:
When placing an order please message with desired colour scheme and name. Please write name in CAPS. Please double and triple check spellings are correct as once items are made this cannot be changed.

Payment:
Please pay via bank transfer only. Bank details will be provided to you upon placing an order. In the reference section of the bank transfer please put your name and the item you have ordered. For example, Susan Dummyclip. Only once payment is received will items be made and sent.

Caring for your items:
Please wipe down all items with a damp cloth. Do not submerge in water and do not sterilise. If after time you notice any broken parts then removed immediately. All beads are made from silicone or wood and are food grade safe.

Caution:
Whilst research has gone into the products used please watch your little ones at all times. All items sold are not toys, and the small beads can pose as a choking hazard. Do not place in mouth.
