Rarely post on here but I thought this was relevant and worth passing on.
There's a small Canadian microbrandvof watches called Halios:

One of my customers sent one to me with "rough" winding, which turned out to be the clutch slipping in the screwdown crown. I honestly didn't hold out much hope for a repair because (a) so many brands now insist on returning to them for parts, and (b) few microbrands produce any significant spares stock. This watch was over 10 years old so I didn't expect spares to be available.
Nevertheless, I fired off an email to them and got a reply within the hour. Yes, they'd be happy to supply if I could send photos to confirm the model.
A couple of days later had an email from Canada Post that a parcel had been booked for me. Today the parcel arrived with new crown, pre-fitted stem, and new screwdown case-pipe - all on an order for just the crown!
The watch is really nicely built, decent movement, and aftersale service that makes the Swiss brands look like Ryanair 👍
