3 part tool for bird. Not sure what sort prob 1920s 30s car mascot test shot today. tool very tight may be 4 part tool maybe better. Still 30 shots in 1.5 hours tool will ease and bed in shows wheeldon tooling at its best. Have retooled most of the classic British car mascots inc. leaping jag. and Bentley.

Tool for railings finial. made and test shot 10.5 hour day cast in extrusion AL so corrosion resistant. can be cast on to full length 12mm rods or cast with 12mm socket held by grub screw. finished fox door knocker.

Tool for back plate for bat door knocker.
Made from scratch and fifty shots cast in one 10 hr day.
Removable steel core for forming clevis hand made old school way with engineers blue and files.
Castings in ZA27 made from sheets offcuts and aluminium high tension cable with some scrap copper pipe.
Obtained from brilliant local scrap merchants who have everything you will ever need.
ZA27 excellent alloy equivalent to bronze for backyard use.
Extremely strong with good machinability.
Casting Temp 625 degree c
Can be sand cast or die cast.

Pattern is swallow car mascot from 1920s-1930s
Tooling is made in Aluminium so described as soft tooling but still good for in excess of 1000 shots.
Tooling is very quick to make.
Very cost effective for short runs and prototype work.
