We were delighted to host our very first in-store fine jewellery event, inviting guests to enjoy an afternoon exploring rare and unusual gemstones and our exceptional bespoke jewellery designs.

Paired with an afternoon tea served by Joanna’s tearoom, the event was an exclusive experience for guests to learn about the wonders of natural gemstones and gain first-hand knowledge from our expert gemmologist, Melanie Wakefield.

This afternoon was the first of what we hope will become a much-loved series of events and a truly special afternoon shared with wonderful company.

For over four generations, Wakefields Jewellers has continually evolved whilst remaining true to the values that have defined our family business since 1911.

Today, we are delighted to share our exciting news.

As part of our plans for 2027–2028, we will be undertaking a significant expansion of our Horsham premises, creating an enhanced destination that reflects the exceptional collections, craftsmanship and experiences we are proud to offer our clients.

This expansion represents our continued commitment to Horsham, our clients and the future of luxury retail. Throughout the development, our showroom will remain open as usual, and we look forward to continuing to welcome you and provide the same exceptional service you have come to expect from Wakefields.

Whilst there is much work ahead, we are excited to share this next chapter with you and look forward to bringing our vision to life.
