Isle of Skye Marble.....
Apart from being utterly beautiful and every piece unique, Scottish tradition believes it gives its wearer a sense of peace and calm.
It can be used in healing and is believed to aid in emotional balance and energy clearing.

I love the plethora of colours that can be in a small single piece.

The marble was formed millions of years ago when heated by adjacent Cuillin granite intrusions, turning limestone into a rare crystalline metamorphic rock.

Before I broke my fingers I made these Scottish sea glass stack pendants 😍
Simple but beautiful and on a 2mm chain they hang perfectly.

So I've may have had a small accident and fractured 3 of my fingers on my right hand 😫 luckily I have plenty of stock for my first market in a few weeks BUT I was really looking forward to making some new products with these gemstone beads! For now I'll have to just sit here and sort them into pots with my left hand (which will take forever because im right handed 🤣)
