We have confirmed dates for our beginner's ukulele classes in Barthol Chapel for this calendar year. If you're interested in joining, we do have a couple of places available, and we can offer you private tuition to catch you up to the standard the beginner's group is currently at - just email [email protected] to enquire.

It's our last beginner's ukulele class of the year on Saturday but we do have space for a couple of extra beginners to join us from January, and we are also gauging whether there's enough interest to start an intermediate class. Catch up sessions will be arranged for those wanting to join at beginners level and you do not need any prior musical experience.

Lessons are on the last Saturday of the month and the beginners lesson is just £15 per session.

We had our last workshop of the year this afternoon and it was another fabulous session!

Another 12 beautiful rings made - here are just some of them!

A huge thank you to everyone who has been to one of our workshops this year - I've lost count of how many gorgeous pieces of jewellery have been made altogether [note to self: must try and work that out!!] but we've loved having you all join us and feel so privileged to have helped you bring your creations to life.

Dates for 2026 will be announced in due course, and we hope to see lots of you there!

Can you believe it's almost November already?

And November brings our last workshops of the year. We're sold out for next weekend, and for the afternoon of 22nd, but we still have a couple of places left on the morning session on the 22nd - grab them before they're gone!

You'll also be helping to fundraise for Barthol Chapel Community Hub, as all of our November workshops are being run on a profit-share basis. So you'll get a beautiful .925 sterling silver ring and that warm feeling of doing some good as a bonus!

Unfortunately we've been unable to gain access to the Community Centre, and so sadly have to cancel the session. Hopefully, you ve all received the emails I've just sent out - we will stay in the car park at the Community Centre until 1.15 in case anyone is still on their way, but thought I'd better post on here as well.
