This year, a family from Stourbridge tragically lost their home in a fire. Among the devastation, they managed to recover some of their beloved jewellery from the remains. 💔

They brought these precious pieces to us, hoping we could help restore them — and we’re honoured to be part of that journey. ✨

In this video, you’ll see some of their treasured items being carefully brought back to life. While we can’t replace what’s been lost, we hope restoring these special pieces helps preserve the memories and meaning they hold. ❤️

Jewellery isn’t always about its monetary value. Sometimes, it’s about the people, moments and memories attached to it.
