On Saturday, we were visited by the Antiques Road Trip. In the past, I have not particularly enjoyed these visits, but on this occasion it was a joy to meet Cathrine Southon, Mark Hill and the TV Crew. Both experts were charming, respectful and interested visitors - and great fun to be with.

The sun shone, three items were purchased, and the whole visit took just three hours.

Excellent.
