As people entrusted with creating final tributes, we never forget that every life—however brief—is deeply loved and forever remembered.

At 7pm tonight, we join the Wave of Light, lighting a candle for every baby remembered and every family carrying that love. 🕯️

While most of us are asleep, tomorrow’s deliveries are already being prepared.

Our new five-person night team carries out final checks, carefully matches every order and loads ten delivery vehicles ready for the morning.

By the time our drivers arrive, the preparation is complete—helping them leave earlier and giving every route an organised, well-prepared start.

It is a practical investment in our people, our processes and the service behind every delivery.

At Steve Soult Limited, the working day starts the night before.

Ordered yesterday at 2pm. Out for delivery this morning!

Kelly kindly sent me this photo from our workshop this morning, and I thought it was worth sharing.

For me, that triple lacquer finish looks absolutely stunning, especially with those thicker oak butt ends.

Our customer wanted something a little different from the brochure for the family , so instead of the Oscar bar handles, we’ve fitted Catholic metal handles and metal wreath tops. A lovely combination.

And here’s the impressive part…

This coffin was only ordered yesterday at 2pm for a family, and it’s now made prepared and out for delivery today.

A lot of teamwork goes into making that happen, from our sales office through to production, finishing and transport.

Credit to everyone involved.

Made with care, right here in Sherwood 🌳 ~Lee

A little look at everyday life here at Steve Soult Ltd.

Talking things through, getting stuck into the work, and always looking at how we can do things better.

And there’s Brent on the van, always happy to deliver to our customers!

Seeing a customer’s storeroom full of our coffins is a proud moment—especially when they’ve been with us from day one. We really appreciate that loyalty.

Behind every order is a family. That’s what gives the work its meaning, and keeps us putting our hearts into it.

Our coffin boffins were back at it today, making beautiful coffins.

Here’s a glimpse of the graft that goes into the craft 🎩❤️⚰️

Personalisation does not have to be elaborate.

Often, it begins with one simple question: what made them unmistakably them?

Something they loved. The place or work that shaped them. The faith that guided them. Or one small detail their family would recognise immediately.

The most meaningful tribute is not necessarily the one that says the most. It is the one that feels true.
