A couple of items that I was delighted to donate to John & Anne @ Friends of Stoneworks Orkney to auction off tonight on their live feed.

The clock is again a nod to the arts & crafts, mission style. With a slate face and quartz movement.
I have been experimenting with the Japanese technique of Shou Sugi Ban (wood burning). It gives the wood a rich dark colour and a beautiful texture once finished.
Got a bit carried away and a set of candle holders fell victim to the blow torch also!
