Day 10 – When I’m Not Making Jewellery, I’m… 🏋🏾‍♀️✨

When I’m not in my studio making jewellery, you’ll quite literally find me in my second home — the gym! 😂

I’m not one for lifting weights or pounding away on the treadmill, but I absolutely love yoga 🧘🏾‍♀️ and getting my heart pumping with a good session of Body Combat 🥊.

Five times a week… call it what you like, I call it my addiction! 🤣🙌🏾

Ten days of sharing a little more of the person behind Silver by Golden — from my workshop, my tools and my learning journey to the things I love when I’m not creating.

And that’s a wrap on the ! 🎉

A huge thank you to everyone who has followed along, liked, commented and encouraged me throughout the challenge. ❤️

✨ DAY 8 — LEARNING & GROWING ✨

One of the best things about learning a new technique is bringing it home and making it your own. ❤️

After learning Star & Grain Setting at , I’ve been enjoying practising the technique back in my own studio.

There’s something so satisfying about seeing those tiny details come together and knowing that every piece is helping me develop my skills a little further.

Practice, patience and a willingness to keep learning — that’s all part of the journey. ✨

And I’m definitely enjoying this one!

✨ Day 7 – Work in Progress

Work in progress… because the beauty is in the making. 🔨✨

Day 7 of the and today I’m sharing a little glimpse behind the scenes of how these timeless 6mm band rings are made.

What starts as a simple silver band is slowly transformed by hand. I’m removing silver from the surface, working patiently to create the organic, tactile texture that gives each ring its own character.

I love jewellery that isn’t just beautiful to look at, but feels good to wear — pieces with texture, weight and a sense of individuality.

And these rings? Their inspiration is something I’ve always loved: the natural, imperfect beauty of texture and form. 🌿

✨ Week 2 of the ✨

Meet my workshop helper — my constant studio companion! 🎧📻

I’m totally averse to silence when I’m creating, so there’s always something playing in the background.

🌅 Mornings = Capital
A little music, a bit of jovial banter and plenty of energy to get the day started.

🌇 Late afternoons = Radio 4
I tune into the afternoon drama — much easier than creating my own! 😂

And just to be clear… all the creations in my studio are of the silver kind! 😉✨
