Products and their environment:

Please be aware that because of some beads are made from natural products (eg. shell) that some items will not be identical in nature and some items will have natural markings too. These are not flaw

s. Please be aware that certain environments may affect some items of jewellery, for example placing a item of jewellery in a wet/steamy environment like a bathroom may cause distortion. We ask you to keep this in mind when purchasing our products as we cannot be held responsible for the environment which you choose to place your items. Payment:

Payment can be made via paypal. We can offer alternative ways of payment if you do not have paypal and would like to place an order through email. We can accept a payment by cheque. Cheques upon receipt take 5 to 7 working days to clear and goods will not be dispatched until cleared funds are available. Commissioned items will require a 50% deposit and final payment on confirmation that the goods are ready for dispatch. If full payment for goods ordered for a commission are not received within 7 working days of confirmation from us we will assume cancellation and the deposit will be retained to cover the costs of materials, unless certain circumstances forbid this eg; holidays or bereavement then we will keep the items until such a time as you are ready to continue the contract at our discretion. We do not accept credit cards or accept payment from cash transfer companies. Cancellation:

You have the right to cancel your order up until 7 days after you have received your items. This gives you time to inspect them and contact us in writing (with the exception of commissioned items). If we do not hear from you within 7 days we will assume all is well and that you are happy with your product. If you do wish to cancel we will refund all money paid including original shipping costs, you will assume all responsibility for return postage. Consumers are under a statutory duty throughout the period of cancellation to retain possession of the goods and take reasonable care of them. If purchasing an item and a free gift is given you are also responsible for returning that free gift along with the original item. With commissioned items you have up until the deposit is paid to cancel your order; once the deposit is paid and we have confirmed receipt of the deposit we will be in agreement the the item is in the process of production and due to the unique nature of the item it would not be possible to resell the item. If you do decide to cancel after production has started then the initial deposit is non-refundable. Returns:

When a product reaches you and you are not satisfied with it please contact us in the first instance then return it to us in its original condition within 7 days of receipt and a full refund of the goods will be given on receipt of the goods, excluding shipping. We do not cover your shipping costs of returned goods. If you receive an item and it is damaged or you suspect transit damage then please contact us within 3 days of receipt so we may remedy this for you. We endevour to pack items well to lessen the risk of damage in transit. Lead time for delivery:

We aim to post all items via royal mail standard postal service to you within 3 to 5 working days of receipt of payment if a stock item is purchased. Should you wish that your items are sent recorded delivery please advise us prior to ordering. If you require multiple items shipped together please advise us and we will adjust postage costs accordingly. If an item has been commissioned then we will make arrangements with the purchaser via email to confirm approximate lead time and give regular updates. Items for sale:

We endevour to keep all items listed on this page available for sale but due to the nature of our business we do attend craft fairs and this can unfortunately lead to some items being sold prior to updating this page, in such cases we will offer the customer a full refund or the option to select an alternative item.
