Llandeilo Country Market is a co-operative social enterprise made up of members who live in and around Llandeilo. It is one of 350 similar markets that can be found nationwide. We hold a weekly market on a Friday in the vestry, Capel Newydd in Crescent Road, Llandeilo, SA19 6HW. We are open from
8:30 to 11:30am during January, February and March and from
8:30am to 12:30pm the rest of the year. We

offer a wide range of home made, home grown and hand crafted goods that have been produced by our members. You can find a range of delicious cakes, breads, and savouries, fantastic fresh seasonal vegetables and fruit, and original crafts including cards, knitwear, jewellery, quilting and other gifts. Locally grown plants and cut flowers can also be found throughout the season. By supporting local food producers and growers, and buying seasonal food, you will be contributing to your community and helping the environment. Local seasonal food is sustainable food, with zero air miles and little carbon footprint. Producers are on hand to answer questions about their products and there is a cafe selling tea, coffee and, of course, homemade cakes. Come and enjoy a cuppa and a cake with your friends in the cafe while you browse round the market.
