Lots of our fab little shops (including the Minerva Christmas Fair) will be open late. Last year was really busy so let’s make this year just as fabulous.

My opening hours up to when I close my shop at Christmas are unfortunately quite limited.

But I have got lots of gorgeous gifts ideas, some great jewellery making kits for teenagers, notebooks that are perfect stocking fillers, and as always some stunning jewellery…..including some fabulous statement earrings that are perfect for New Years Eve! ✨

Announcement!

I’ll get straight to the point as there’s no easy way to share this….I will be closing my shop Fire & File at No. 9 Great Oak St at the end of the year.

This is mainly due to some difficult personal circumstances- many of you know that although I have made some very positive changes in my life, it’s also it’s been an incredibly tough year too & I now need to focus on how I move forward.

Hopefully it won’t be forever but for now, I’m very sad to say that it’s something I need to do.

To all you lovely people who have supported me, you have been amazing & I’ll be forever grateful for the support you’ve given me. 🥹

If anyone has gift vouchers to spend then please do pop in. I have some new stock in the shop & some great gifts for Christmas. If you were saving your gift vouchers for a jewellery commission, (there’s a few of you, but please don’t panic) I will of course be making your gorgeous ideas for you when you’re ready.

I will be selling some of the furniture pieces that I have in the shop so let me know if you’re interested in anything.
I may even part with my pink & gold dresser, despite turning down several offers for her in the past! 😍🩷
The gorgeous Mavis will be looking for a new home also! 😆💀

I’m in my shop today until 3pm, pop in & see us!

I’ve got some great new goodies in stock. I love a notebook & there’s several designs to choose from. Lots of great cards & gorgeous jewellery to choose from too.

Why not also pop in to our new licensed coffee house & restaurant Hiraeth Llanidloes as you’re in town.

We’re serving lunch there until 4:30 & our evenings menu starts at 5pm. Or maybe you just fancy a cheeky glass of wine or a beer. 🥂🍻

My shop is open 10-3 today if you’d like to pop in & treat yourself or need a gift or card.

I’ve got some really lovely new notebooks in stock. Who doesn’t love a notebook!

I’m afraid the shop will be closed tomorrow, I’m really sorry. This is because it’s the opening weekend of our new restaurant, Hiraeth & I don’t have cover for the shop. It’s just a one off for this weekend as I need to be able to concentrate on Hiraeth.
