The stone needed to stand out, just not in the usual way.

We chose a watermelon tourmaline for its colour, its meaning and its flaw. Hand cut to fit, set against the minimal band, perfectly imperfect.

For Chartreuse, the rural Icelandic studio Flóki served as a refuge during a two-week stay in summer 2024, a place of escape, connection and understanding.

Written during a difficult time of grief and major surgery, the album finds sanctuary in friendship, deep chemistry and creativity.
